3. Tracking

We provide a tracking code via email for every shipment, allowing you to track your order in real time. You can also change your delivery address during shipping.

4. Packaging

Our metal paintings are packaged with the utmost care, using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

5. Insurance

No insurance is provided for damage or loss. Rend-art will promptly replace any damaged products.

Return Policy

1. Return period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Product conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused and in the original packaging.

3. Return process

  • Contact our customer service to start the return procedure
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label
  • Pack the product carefully using the original packaging
  • Apply the label and ship the package

4. Refund

Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

6. Customized products

Custom or made-to-measure metal paintings are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
